Step 2: Submit all your designs

By submitting your designs as detailed as possible, you can save us and yourself a lot of time to quote the items right. Please note, the more detailed an item is, the more accurate the provided files need to be. For the best possible results have your manual saved as an .pdf file, which can be edited using Corel Draw or Adobe Illustrator. (For info, watch tutorials in step1).

Specify all fabrics that need to be used for production. Fabric by type and also weight, because weight is what matters when it comes to quality.
Do not forget to write down a description of all different details. From buttons, to zippers, woven labels, to elastic bands or whatever type of detailing is required. Make sure everything is listed and specified.

To upload your designs feel free to use our Inquiry form. http://www.nextlevelgarments.com/products.php . Here you can type your information and directly upload your files to our web server.

Step 3: Quotation

After we have evaluated all your data, we will offer you the production price. Please be aware depending on quantity, these prices can vary in a wide range. The smaller the quantity, the higher the price. Also the more details added
can bring up the price a lot. Parts like Buttons, studs and custom engraved zipper pulls require certain minimum quantities. In those cases we recommend to use one type for the whole collection.

Step 4: Sampling

Once you have gotten our quotation, the next step as usual is sampling. There are 3 different types of sampling.

- Sampling using available fabrics
- Production Samples
- Sales Samples

Sampling using available samples are the quickest way to sample a product at no costs. The sample will be made from fabric we already have in our factory. Please note that colors will not be accurate and the fabric weight is different than the actual production. This sample is very suitable to do a prototype or control the stitching work. Also actual printing or embroidery is easy to apply. Prices will only be applied for special printing and customizations.

Production samples will be offered once a style goes into production and the buyer needs to have a final sample in his hands to have the style checked. Those samples will use the production fabric, as well as all details and actual color.
A production sample comes with no extra charge, but needs to be sent by express at the customer's cost. At that time there is almost no space for changes, since the printing, the fabrics and all kinds of extras have already been finished.
Meaning a production sample is only for later quality control, but production cannot be changed anymore.

Sales samples are 100% accurate samples mostly used for trade shows and photographs. Those samples are as close as possible to the production output. These samples are very expensive compared to other types, because in cases fabrics need to be dyed, printed or customized with special ribs, zippers and other accessories, the buyer needs to pay a sample charge for each step. So it's very important to check if available fabrics are sufficient enough to be presented.

Step 5: Production

Please be sure, once a style goes into production, nothing can be changed anymore.
To give you a little introspective, into the production process.?Here is a step by step overview.

  1. Fabric spinning(We are giving your configuration to the fabric mill, which is constructing the fabric.)
  2. Color dye (Each color used in your product needs to be dyed separately. We usually dye using the PANTONE color code. During dying we are also doing special wash to preshrink the bulk fabric.)
  3. Cutting (Once the fabric arrives in our factory, we first cut all parts of the item according to size specifications we have received.)
  4. Printing/Embroidery/Detailing (in this step single parts, which have to be customized will be taken to either an embroidery place or a printing workplace.)
  5. Stitching (All parts will be returned to the stitching place. In this step also all additional parts like zippers, custom ribbing, buttons, studs and patches need to be ready for production.)
  6. Ironing (A very necessary procedure to give the garment a fresh look, before packing.)
  7. QC Quality Control (To ensure the garment is without errors each product goes through intense checking, also hanging threads are being cut.)
  8. Packing (Before we pack the items into boxes, we check the quantities and put each garment in an OPP bag.)

Step 6: Shipping

After packing the whole production will be delivered straight to seaport.
