Step 3: Quotation |
Step 4: Sampling - Sampling using available fabrics Sampling using available samples are the quickest way to sample a product at no costs. The sample will be made from fabric we already have in our factory. Please note that colors will not be accurate and the fabric weight is different than the actual production. This sample is very suitable to do a prototype or control the stitching work. Also actual printing or embroidery is easy to apply. Prices will only be applied for special printing and customizations. Production samples will be offered once a style goes into production and the buyer needs to have a final sample in his hands to have the style checked. Those samples will use the production fabric, as well as all details and actual color. Sales samples are 100% accurate samples mostly used for trade shows and photographs. Those samples are as close as possible to the production output. These samples are very expensive compared to other types, because in cases fabrics need to be dyed, printed or customized with special ribs, zippers and other accessories, the buyer needs to pay a sample charge for each step. So it's very important to check if available fabrics are sufficient enough to be presented. |
